Géraldine Leverd on Instagram: "Classic Apple Tarte Tatin 🇫🇷 🍏, one of my absolute favorite desserts, and my go-to when I have friends over. I just have 3 tips for making it perfect: 1. Choose the right apples – my favorite is Granny Smith (they are firm + have a nice acidity) 2. Turn it upside down right after baking. Wait no more than 2–5 minutes so the caramel stays soft, then turn it out in one quick motion. 3.Serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some Chantilly cream.
