🧠MRI of the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) 🦴 Today’s MRI demonstrates a normal TMJ with smooth biomechanics and intact joint components. From a radiologist’s point of view, the study shows: 🔹 Normal disc morphology – biconcave and well-positioned in both open & closed mouth views. 🔹 No internal derangement – disc maintains its relationship with the condyle throughout motion. 🔹 Normal condylar movement – smooth anterior translation without restriction. 🔹 No joint effusion, no erosions, no de
