Here is our Closing Shift system that helps us keep things semi organized with 5 kids ages 8 and under 🤪❤️❤️ 1) Immediately after dinner everyone must clear their plates from the table and put them near the sink 2) Part of the older ones responsibilities are rinsing the dishes and loading them in the dishwasher 3) One parent is in charge of baths and getting all the kids ready for bed. This includes pajamas on, making sure the kids cleaned up their rooms, and getting their teeth and hair brushe
