One of the most asked question I get is when to move a kid to more competitive levels in sports. There are so many voices saying so many things and often parents rush to those levels out of fear for their kid’s future. But if we move to those tougher levels before the kid is ready, we are just as likely to burn them out as we are to set them up for future success.
