Homemade Butter Bread 1 cup warm water 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 3 tbsp sugar 1 egg 4 tbsp butter, melted 1 1/4 tsp salt About 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour, around 405 to 420 grams Extra melted butter for the top Mix the warm water, yeast and sugar and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy. Add the egg, melted butter and salt. Add
