Tricky shaped S with a straight construction line on the top and curved one at the bottom. When I paint S’s and other curved letters I paint in the order of Top’ Bottom, Left and then Right. This is a version of Windsor bold that you used to find in an old Letterset book. The Carters Steam Fair logo was in this style. Plus all the yellow panels that filled are larger transport.
