Have you ever tried oil pulling?? This is great if you have a mouth / tooth infection or bad breath.. to wash away all the bacteria build up. So, here's what you're gonna do! Get organic coconut oil or sesame oil. Take a table spoon and swish it around in your mouth very lightly for about 20 mins. Spit it out and then add two teaspoons of salt to a glass of filtered water and again, gently swish around your mouth until the glass is empty and spit out. Finally! take a glass of pure water to rinse
