Day 49 of the @higherupwellness speak your mind challenge if suffering actually taught you anything, the world would be full of wise men. everyone suffers. almost nobody comes out wise. so clearly the pain isnt the teacher. psychologists have a name for the good outcome, post traumatic growth. and heres the important part. the exact same event that grows one person is the same event that breaks the next. same fire, opposite results. suffering doesnt build anything. it just drops the wood at your
