Not exactly what you’d expect to find in my freezer, or maybe it’s exactly what you’d expect. Freezing coffee is a delicate process and worth reading more prior to taking it on yourself. I suggest the articles that Barista Hustle have written as a good place to start. A few notes: -Freezing drastically slows down the aging of coffee but doesn’t fully stop it. I’ve anecdotally had coffees in my freezer for well over a year that still taste great but in general, I try to use them within 4-6 months

Quiche recipe: Ingredients: For pastry - 12oz plain flour, 6oz unsalted butter, water. For filling - 3 bacon rashers (cooked and diced), 150g halloumi (cooked and diced), 5 eggs, 100ml milk, 200ml double cream, 6oz cheddar, 1/4 of an onion (chopped and cooked), black pepper. Method: Put flour and softened butter in a bowl. Mix with fingertips until it looks like bread crumbs. Add a splash of water and mix with a knife. Keep adding water a bit at a time until pastry comes together. Knead for 2-3
