The 2024 ROSE Scholars have been announced! Today, the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association honored eight high school seniors as the 2024 ROSE Scholars presented by Citizens Business Bank. 💡 The program awarded $20,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors from the Pasadena unified School District.
