Hunting A Massive Cape Buffao in Zimbabwe's Save Conservancy

Illegal bushmeat hunting has contributed to the decline of 300 threatened species globally. About 5 billion kg of wildlife is harvested each year 🦌🌍 This threatens the survival of the species and the balance of our ecosystem. A new study in Zimbabwe’s Save Valley Conservancy 🇿🇼 revealed that household consumption was the top motivation for illegal bushmeat hunting. To protect wildlife and wild spaces, we need better community support, more environmental education and stronger wildlife laws.
