We’ve all had that song that began with an explosion of passion and inspiration - but then it stopped. And now here it stands, unfinished. And sometimes no matter how long we wait, that powerful burst of inspiration doesn’t come back. I’ve decided that it’s okay to continue working on that song in a craftsmanlike way - taking a coldblooded approach to finishing the song with whatever methods I can use in the absence of inspiration. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of you find this abhorrent! But
