Established in 1865, the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department (BCSD) is a law enforcement division which oversees the entirety of Berkeley County, West Virginia. Our team is made up of 68 deputies, lead by the elected Sheriff and his appointed Chief Deputy and Chief Administrator.

Blair, the Republican candidate, won overwhelmingly, earning 72.5% of the vote, or 35,005 votes, while Democratic challenger David Jackson 27.5% of the vote, or 13,293.
