A 29-year-old Albany man was going to be arrested for allegedly taking items from CVS on Delaware Avenue on Thursday, July 10, but the store declined to pursue charges.

A homeless man who was trespassed by Walmart in June, was back in the store on Saturday, July 12, allegedly taking items without making an attempt to pay for them.
