Mike Yastrzemski drove in three runs as the San Francisco Giants extended their winning streak to five games with a 4-3 victory over the Atlanta Braves.

Every game, as of late, has come down to the last at-bat, and Sunday was no exception. The Giants entered the series finale against the Braves having played six consecutive one-run games, with their previous two wins over the Braves being by walk-off.

Mike Yastrzemski highlighted a three-run fourth inning with a two-run double, Landen Roupp combined with three relievers on a six-hitter and the San Francisco Giants completed a three-game sweep over the visiting Atlanta Braves with a 4-3 victory Sunday afternoon.
