Chicago’s “No Kings” rally downtown included fiery speeches, shouts and a peaceful march, part of a national slate of events planned around the country to protest President

The Chicago No Kings rally comes as protests have ramped up against ICE and the Trump administration this week locally and in Los Angeles, where the National Guard and Marines have been deployed against the wishes of local leaders.

Thousands have flocked to Daley Plaza to participate in the Chicago No Kings Day protest opposing the Trump Administration. People are also headed to the event celebrating Pope Leo XIV at Rate Field later this afternoon.
