Hamilton climbed into the SF-23, the team’s challenger during the 2023 season, at Ferrari’s test track on Wednesday and put the machine through its paces. The 40-year-old set a time of around one minute per lap, which is slower than teammate Leclerc's 57.6 set a couple of years ago and F1 great Michael Schumacher, who holds the lap record of 55.999 in Ferrari's title-winning F2004 car.
