SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - It is the fourth day of Black History Month and we have the Black history fact of the day. February 4, 1913 Rosa Parks was born. Parks was a Civil Rights Activist best known for refusing to give up her seat on a bus 1955. Her refusal became an important symbol for the Civil Rights Movement.
