FAYETTEVILLE —Class of 2026 punter Connor Smith has committed to Arkansas after visiting Fayetteville earlier in the week. Smith, 6-3 and 180 pounds, of Clintwood, Va., chose the Razorbacks over Alabama, Missouri, Liberty, James Madison and others.
By qualifying for the CWS this season, Arkansas ties Clemson and North Carolina with 12 appearances and no championships (to date). The Razorbacks are making their eighth appearance in the CWS since 2008.
