Elena Rybakina didn't hide that she was frustrated over not having Stefano Vukov in her box during the Australian Open and also indicated that continuing her partnership with Goran Ivanisevic isn't set in stone. On Monday, the world No. 7 saw her run at Melbourne Park end in the round-of-16 after USA's Madison Keys handed her a 6-3 1-6 6-3 defeat.

Elena Rybakina exited the Australian Open, losing to Madison Keys in three sets. Rybakina’s controversial coach Stefano Vukov, re-hired after a suspension by the WTA, was not allowed on-site, adding to her challenges.

On Tuesday tennis great Goran Ivanisevic announced the partnership between the pair was also coming to an end. Ivanisevic took to Instagram to confirm the pair had elected to go their separate ways following her Australian Open exit.

Rybakina had announced on January 1 via social media that Stefano Vukov would be rejoining her team for the 2025 season.
