Just weeks after the governor vetoed a bill banning products containing THC, state senators revived it in the special session, filing nearly identical legislation and passing it unanimously out of committee with a 10-0 vote on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Texas senators unanimously voted a newly-revived THC ban out of committee, fast-tracking it to the full Texas Senate.

Just like clockwork, all eyes are once again on the Texas Legislature, as a new bill to ban THC across the Lone Star State unanimously made it out of committee during the special session that began on Monday,
