After a brief recess in the high-profile legal proceeding, attorneys for the embattled hip-hop mogul and prosecutors returned to court on May 9 to select the jurors who will serve in Combs' case.

The jury selection in Sean Combs ‘ sex trafficking and racketeering trial has been delayed until Monday, after prosecutors from the Southern District of New York and Combs’ high-powered criminal defense team spent the majority of this week quizzing potential jurors on their backgrounds and knowledge of the case.

The judge in the sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs announced that the parties agreed on a final pool of New Yorkers that will be used to find 12 jurors and 6 alternates. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all the allegations in the case. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
