Mike Yastrzemski drove in three runs as the San Francisco Giants extended their winning streak to five games with a 4-3 victory over the Atlanta Braves.

Every game, as of late, has come down to the last at-bat, and Sunday was no exception. The Giants entered the series finale against the Braves having played six consecutive one-run games, with their previous two wins over the Braves being by walk-off.

Matt Chapman hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning and the San Francisco Giants beat the Atlanta Braves 3-2 for their fourth straight win.
