San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is officially a girl dad, with the star signal-caller and his wife Jenna announcing the birth of their child.

Brock Purdy and his wife Jenna became parents for the first time over the weekend, as they announced the birth of Millie Joleen Purdy.

"Millie Joleen Purdy. Life just became a whole lot sweeter," Brock’s wife Jenna wrote in a shared Instagram post.

The San Francisco 49ers held their breath toward the end of practice on Sunday when defensive lineman Tarron Jackson collapsed on the field, according to NBC Sports Bay Area. Jackson was taken off the field on a stretcher and transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
