Apple has an iPhone model that’s thinner and another that folds in the pipeline, according to a Sunday report by the Wall Street Journal. They could launch in the coming years.

In a new report Sunday, the Wall Street Journal said that Apple is planing two foldable devices. The larger is "intended to serve as a laptop," and would have a display that unfolds to be at about 19 inches in diagonal.

Apple is likely to launch the foldable iPhone in 2026 or 2027, and a MacBook with a 19-inch foldable screen in 2028.
