Microsoft has logged some new known issues with Windows 11 24H2 and thrown up more safeguard holds until the problems are resolved. The latest glitches noted in Microsoft's Windows Release Health Dashboard are related to audio and gaming.

Microsoft has blocked the 24H2 update on Windows 11 PCs where Auto HDR is enabled as the feature is breaking some SDR games.

The bug isn't limited to gaming, though; some users have reported general color display issues on their Windows 11 desktops as well. Auto HDR is a feature introduced in Windows 11 to improve gaming visuals by automatically converting standard dynamic range (SDR) content to high dynamic range (HDR) content.

Windows 11 users whose computers use Dirac Audio technology with the cridspapo.dll component will not receive the 24H2 update proposal anytime soon. This is yet another issue listed in the Windows documentation that postpones the update through Windows Update.
