Negotiations are back on between DC 33 and the City of Philadelphia as the city's largest strike in nearly 40 years continues.

Negotiations are back on between AFSCME District Council 33, Philadelphia's largest blue-collar union, and the Parker administration as the municipal workers' strike continued into its second day Wednesday.

District Council 33 and Philadelphia leaders will meet at the negotiating table on Wednesday as the two sides continue to try to hammer out a new contract that will bring a crippling strike to an end before the Fourth of July weekend.
