Ozzy Osbourne’s sisters Jean Powell and Gillian Hemming detailed their final moments with the Black Sabbath rocker, who died July 22 at 76 following a yearslong battle with Parkinson's disease.

His heartbroken family shared in a statement that the 76-year-old was "surrounded by love" at the time of his death. Pantera - comprised of Phil Anselmo, Rex Brown, guitarist Zakk Wylde and drummer Charlie Benant - had a close relationship with Ozzy and need time to cope with the loss of their friend.
