Luzerne County election board certifies primary election results

WILKES-BARRE — Luzerne County’s election board met Tuesday to certify the results in the May 19 primary election. After conducting an adjudication process over ballots flagged for potential deficiencies and provisional ballots, the total number of Luzerne County voters increased to 47,453. Overall voter turnout was 23%.
