Las Vegas police have arrested a 24-year-old woman in connection to a deadly southwest valley parking lot shooting.

Officers took the suspect, 24-year-old Julio Machado Vasquez, into custody and saw a female in the car suffering ... in absentia to the Clark County Detention Center, police said.
