STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The FDNY responded to a two-alarm fire at an apartment building in Clifton on Tuesday afternoon. The fire was reported at about 1:50 p.m. on the fourth floor of a six-story apartment building located at 55 Bowen St., near Targee Street and Sobel Court, according to an FDNY spokesperson.
