On Oct. 28, Haynes was sent to Clark County Superior Court to appear in a separate matter in Vancouver, where he was accused of second-degree theft.

“Clark County Superior Court and Clark County District Court do not initiate calls about warrants, fines, fees or other forms of payments for jury service,” the statement reads.
