Amazon filed a registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation at the HOU6. The $2.25 million project lists drone launch pads and storage facilities as well as a 1,800-square-foot office. TDLR filings are preliminary and subject to change.
The registration, submitted on Aug. 29, 2025, lists the site as 10507 Harlem Road in Richmond and lays out the scope of the planned tenant improvements.
