Diddy's fate will be in the hands of 12 jurors who will decide if he committed a series of sex crimes over, even as the feds may have lost one of their top witnesses

The final stage of jury selection for the racketeering and sex trafficking trial of hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was postponed until early next week, right before opening arguments begin, a federal judge decided on Friday.

The trial should remain on schedule after the defense suggested that the final 12 jurors and six alternates could ask to be excused after spending a weekend contemplating a role in a major celebrity's fate.
