Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash’s estranged wife Nikita Singhania was arrested from Haryana’s Gurugram for abetment to suicide on Sunday. However, she tried to give the police the slip by trying to change her location regularly and making calls on WhatsApp.

Nikita was arrested from Gurugram, Haryana, while her mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania were picked up from Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj on December 14 for allegedly abetting Subhash’s suicide, the police added.

After Bengaluru AI engineer Atul Subhash died by suicide, several aspects of the case have been unfolded by the statements given by the deceased and his estranged wife Nikita Singhania at a family court in Uttar Pradesh's Jaunpur.

During police interrogation, Nikita countered the claims, stating that it was, in fact, Atul who harassed her.

The 34-year-old late techie, Atul Subhash's estranged wife, Nikita Singhania has been arrested in the former's suicide case. The techie's in-laws were also taken under juridical custody.
