The vast majority of voters surveyed say they have seen video of an immigration agent shooting and killing a Minneapolis woman, with more than half responding that the shooting was not justified, according to a Quinnipiac University Poll.
The legal issue is whether the ICE agent reasonably perceived a dangerous threat, not immigration enforcement policy or commonsense compassion for Renee Good.
The Grand Forks County State's Attorney's Office made the declaration Tuesday, Jan. 6. There will be no charges.
