Massive rescue operations continue in Uttarkashi's Dharali and Harsil after a cloudburst, with over 400 people rescued, but nine army personnel remain missing amid challenging weather and damaged infrastructure.

Disaster relief and rescue operations continued for the second day to evacuate people trapped in the Dharali-Harsil flash floods. Helicopters have been deployed for the rescue efforts, with evacuees being transported to the Matli helipad.
