Brian Flores told reporters on Tuesday that he plans to take every head coaching interview that comes his way. At the time, it was reported that the New York Jets and Chicago Bears had requested interviews with him.

Flores got his coaching start with the Patriots organization as a special teams assistant. He worked his way up the ladder, becoming the linebackers coach and defensive play-caller. After winning Super Bowl LIII with New England, Flores then went on to serve as the head coach for the Miami Dolphins from 2019-2021.

Former Patriots defensive play-caller Brian Flores expressed interest in the team's head-coaching vacancy, but said it's not up to him.
