York Township is one of fifteen townships in Clark County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 509 and it contained 237 housing units. According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 31.83 square miles, of which 31.27 square miles is land and 0.56 square miles is water.
