It’s pretty much right beside interstate barely out of town. I didn’t really look down at my phone but I’m pretty sure you’re safe. Usually a short stay there anyway.

Says their "preferred hours" are sunrise to sunset but they're a bunch of colored rocks on public land with a parking lot. I don't think anyone is going to stop you from going anytime.

If you rent a car, you can still stay on the strip.

Yes- you can drive any car you would like. The parking lot is flat and close to the road. No issues with a fancy luxury car! Enjoy.

Viator has a tour of Vegas sign and seven magic mountain from 24.99. They will pick you up from hotel and return you back after tour.
